The healthcare industry is plagued by complex, antiquated software that often creates more tedious work for healthcare providers. While other industries have been transformed by task management software, healthcare is lagging behind. Dock’s mission is to bring beautiful, intuitive design and core functionality to a HIPPA-compliant collaboration platform so that doctors can focus on what matters most—patients and their care.
Moonshot guided them through brand strategy and identity development, positioning them for a launch and land grab that would cement their place in the market. The brand needed to communicate trustworthiness with a fresh, consumer-like feel to healthcare providers. Our goal was to develop a brand that communicated the core values of efficiency, transparency, accountability, and ultimately, peace of mind for providers on the brink of burnout.
